Rate schedule names and fixed charges from the OpenEI Utility Rate Database (contributed data, CC BY 4.0, maintained by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory) are not shown at present. When they are added they will be labelled as contributed data and attributed. EIA's API offers the same monthly state series as the Form EIA-861M workbook, so the workbook is used directly.
