In February 2025, residential customers in Delaware paid an average of 15.65¢ per kilowatthour, down 1.1% on the same month a year earlier (15.83¢). The US average for the month was 16.43¢; Delaware was 4.7% below that. It ranked 20th highest among the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
