In July 2025, residential customers in Idaho paid an average of 12.28¢ per kilowatthour, little changed on the same month a year earlier (12.17¢). The US average for the month was 17.45¢; Idaho was 30% below that. It ranked 51st highest among the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
