In July 2026, residential customers in Idaho paid an average of 13.73¢ per kilowatthour, up 11.8% on the same month a year earlier (12.28¢). The US average for the month was 18.31¢; Idaho was 25% below that. It ranked 46th highest among the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
