In March 2025, residential customers in Nevada paid an average of 14.43¢ per kilowatthour, down 14.2% on the same month a year earlier (16.81¢). The US average for the month was 17.09¢; Nevada was 16% below that. It ranked 35th highest among the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Residential sales were 801,819 MWh, up 4.5% on a year earlier, and the average residential bill for the month was $87.42 on 606 kWh. Weather moves monthly sales far more than prices do, so bills swing with the season.
