In February 2025, residential customers in Utah paid an average of 12.39¢ per kilowatthour, up 7.6% on the same month a year earlier (11.51¢). The US average for the month was 16.43¢; Utah was 25% below that. It ranked 40th highest among the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Residential sales were 838,819 MWh, down 1.2% on a year earlier, and the average residential bill for the month was $82.96 on 670 kWh. Weather moves monthly sales far more than prices do, so bills swing with the season.
