In February 2025, residential customers in Colorado paid an average of 15.08¢ per kilowatthour, up 4.1% on the same month a year earlier (14.48¢). The US average for the month was 16.43¢; Colorado was 8.2% below that. It ranked 22nd highest among the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
